After losing when he tried to sell a home in Beverly Hills, Roddy Ricch quickly got back on track

Jennifer Kelly Geddes says that rapper Roddy Ricch loses money when he sells his home in Beverly Hills.

Rodrick Wayne Moore Jr., better known as the rapper Roddy Ricch, has sold his four-bedroom, five-bathroom home in Beverly Hills.

Unfortunately, Ricch got just under $5M—$4,995,000 to be exact—for the house he bought in 2021 for $5.6M.

The 24-year-old artist put the house on the market for $5,995,000 a little more than a year after buying it. Early this year, he lowered the amount asked for to $5,750,000.

The price dropped again this summer to $5,199,000, which is what led to the most recent sale.

A little more than an acre of land is home to the 3,450-square-foot house that was built in 1960. It is tucked away among beautiful palm trees and other plants. The open floor plan lets you see beautiful views, and the sitting area is centered around a cozy fireplace.

There is a modern kitchen on the main floor with stainless steel appliances and wood cabinets.

On two floors, slide-open glass doors lead to the backyard and offer views of the pool, spa, and private backyard. In the master bedroom, there is a luxury bathroom with a walk-in shower and a larger, rectangular tub. The bedroom also has its private patio.

With a basketball court, big grass, grill station, and outdoor living space, the yard is equipped for entertaining in the interim.

He has two studio albums out and most recently traveled throughout the United States on tour with Post Malone.
